Roofing Services
We offer a full range of low-slope and steep-slope roofing solutions to meet a variety of building needs. Low-slope options include Built-Up Roofing (BUR), Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF), silicone roof coating systems, and metal flat roofing—each providing different benefits in durability, energy efficiency, and lifespan. For steep-slope roofs, we install high-quality asphalt shingles, including GAF Highline products, as well as metal roofing in both exposed-fastener and standing-seam systems. Together, these options allow us to provide reliable, long-lasting roofing solutions for residential and commercial properties.
1
Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
-
Also Known As: “Tar and Gravel” roof
-
Composition: Layers of asphalt/tar and roofing felt, finished with gravel or stone
-
Lifespan: 20–30 years
-
Excellent UV protection and durability
-
Great for foot traffic
2
Modified Bitumen Roofing
-
Composition: Asphalt membrane modified with rubber (SBS or APP) and reinforced with fiberglass or polyester.
-
Installation: Torch-applied, cold-applied, or self-adhered rolls.
-
Lifespan: 20–25 years
-
Flexible, resists cracking
-
Easier to repair than BUR
3
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) Rubber Roofing
-
Material: Synthetic rubber membrane
-
Color: Typically black (white versions available for reflectivity)
-
Lifespan: 25–35 years
-
Very durable and UV-resistant
-
Simple repairs with patches
4
TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) Roofing
-
Material: Single-ply white thermoplastic membrane
-
Lifespan: 20–30 years
-
Energy-efficient (highly reflective white surface)
-
Heat-welded seams are strong
-
Lightweight
5
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) Roofing
-
Material: Single-ply thermoplastic membrane (similar to TPO but more flexible and chemical-resistant)
-
Lifespan: 25–30 years
-
Excellent chemical and grease resistance
-
Heat-welded seams form watertight bonds
-
Reflective and energy-efficient
6
Silicone Roof Coating Systems
-
Material: Liquid-applied silicone coating over existing flat roof systems (like BUR, TPO, or EPDM)
-
Purpose: Restoration, not a new roof structure
-
Lifespan: 10–20 years depending on coating thickness
-
Reflective and waterproof
-
Extends life of existing roof
-
Seamless
7
Metal Flat Roofing (Low-Slope Applications)
-
Material: Standing seam or flat-seam metal panels (usually aluminum or coated steel)
-
Lifespan: 30–50+ years
-
Very durable and long-lasting
-
Reflective and recyclable
8
Steep Slope
-
Asphalt (Shingles)
-
Metal (exposed fastener and standing seam)
